adiSlam Celebrity Basketball Tournement ! 18.12.11

The Street Team have joined forces with Rwd Magazine (http://www.rwdmag.com/) & Adidas to create the UKs biggest Celebrity Basketball Event !!

Urban sports specialists, The Street Team are set to host the biggest celebrity basketball tournament on 18th December at Brentwood Sports Centre, Essex. Not only will stars go back to back with each other on the court, they’ll be coached by the UK’s top ballers. Entry to adiSlam is free but a £5 charitable donation to the London Youth Support Trust will be expected from all the attendees.

Man of the moment Wretch 32 will be providing a special performance alongside other secret guest appearances. Hosted by Kiss FM’s Manny Norte & Dj Swerve RWD Magazine and The Street Team will be joined by teams from the world of music and entertainment, with TOWIE stars Mario Falcone, Sam and Billy Faiers, ROLLDEEP, Natalie Emanuel (Hollyoaks & Misfits) Koder, Maxsta, Kiss FM, SBTV, Last FM, Urban Nerds & DIY magazine already confirmed to take part.

The Street Team includes some of the world’s finest football & basketball freestylers, break-dancers, beat boxers and more so expect to be more than entertained at the adiSlam event. There is also a chance for a member of the audience to win some adidas goodies during the half-time challenges so it’s going to be a night to remember.

Leading up to the adiSlam event, a customized adiSlam van complete with a bass tingling sound system supplied by Pioneer will be scouring the streets of Greater London to find the best street ballers around. The adiSlam van will tour shopping centres, concerts, and ballin’ hot spots finding badass ballers who will then compete in 3 on 3 matches at the adiSlam heats; the winners are then given the chance to take on the celebs in the tournament itself.

The dedicated adiSlam website adiSlam.co.uk will update users on all of the adiSlam van activity plus expect exclusive virals from the likes of TOWIE’s Mario Falcone and more leading up to the epic event.

Nu Wave Cheerleaders @ Wembley for RFL International Rugby

The Street Team Cheerleaders performed at Wembley in front of 83,000 Spectators at the the International RFL Tournament

They were sponsered by Gilette.

Mario from T.O.W.I.E. pops in to The Street Team Halloween Camp

Mario Falcone star of The Only Way Is Essex came down to The Street Team Half Term Camps in Brentwood to encourage the children in their sports.

Mario played football with the kids and also stayed to watch the final performance of our Streetdance workshop.

The Street team & Tinchy Stryder Perform for The Olypic Ball

The Street Team performed on stage with Tinchy Stryder at the London Olympia for the 2011 Olympic Ball.

The event is to raise money for the GB team and boasts a heap of celebrity and corporate backing.

The Street Team opened the show with a breathtaking display of Basketball Freestyle, Football Freestyle, Gymnastics , Trampolining , Breakdancing , BMXing and Karate not to mention Mr Tinchy Stryder providing the live Music.

All Choreographed by the amazing Kay & Queen!!

The Event was truly inspirational and breathtaking and the Street Team felt truly blessed to be apart of the Event

The Street Team @ SmartFest 2011

The Street Team were employed by Streets Utd to perform the opening and closing shows at Streetfest for Mercedes.

The Event was a celebration of the Smart Car and had lots going on from Smart Car Racing to Smart Car Football!!

The opening show also included the unavailing of the Brand New Limited Edition Boxfresh Smart Car.

The Street Team Cheerleaders do a 220ft Bungee Jump !

The Street Team Cheerleaders plunged 220 feet from the sky in an effort to raise money for Help the Heroes Charity

The Bungee Jump is the biggest mobile bungee in Europe! 4 of the girls did the jump and made over 500 for Charity!!
